In case, the petitioner is aggrieved against the order dated 15.04.2024, it is open to him to assail the said order treating it a fresh cause of action. The petitioner, on the contrary, has assailed the same very judgment/ order dated 05.03.2024 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow pursuant to which the order dated 15.04.2024 has been passed. 4.
