By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner, who was retired from the respondent establishment on 29.06.2024 has yet not been paid his entire post retirement dues and arrears of salary. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner in this regard has already approached the authority by making several representations right from 30.08.2024 and the last one being dated 16.10.2024 but till date no decision has been taken. It is also contended that the petitioner's case stands covered by the judgment of this Court in Sanwali Prasad Mishra & 2 Ors v. State of U.P. & 3 Ors, Writ - A No. 5857 of 2022 decided on 22.11.2022.
