Original records of minutes of the proceedings have been placed before the Court and I find the register to be bearing the resolution adopted by the Gaon Sabha on 29.01.2025 to remove the petitioner from the employment. Copy of this original resolution adopted by the Gaon Sabha is contained both in the administrative register as well as in the karwahi register that have been placed before the Court. 3. From the perusal of the instructions placed by learned Standing Counsel it transpires also that said resolution was duly adopted by the Gram Sabha. The original envelopes have been placed before the Court which bear the endorsement of the postman that the addressee refused to receive the same.
