The Tehsildar of tehsil – Ajitmal, District- Auraiya has sent a verification report. The verification report placed before this Court is taken on record. A copy whereof is also supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner. As per the verification report, petitioner's income certificate could not be verified from the tehsil concerned for the reason that he had given wrong income certificate number in the application form as '32321011049 whereas the income certificate that has been issued on 23rd December, 2023 from the tehsil concerned bore certificate No.- 323231011049. Thus, from the above verification report it is clear that petitioner did possess the income certificate but the application turned down because he filled wrong certificate number. Now for this fault in filling up the application form it is only the petitioner to be blamed and not the authorities. Learned Standing Counsel submits that
