Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter in compliance of earlier order of this Court and as per the instructions petitioner has been paid all the terminal dues in respect of her late husband including gratuity and family pension. Learned Standing Counsel has also placed the order before this Court dated 23rd April, 2025 passed by the Circle Officer on behalf of Senior Superintendent of Police, Bulandshahar cancelling the earlier order dated 4th March, 2025 and 8th April, 2025. The instructions placed before the Court is taken on record. In view of the above, since relief claimed for by the petitioner has already stood met, no further cause of action survives.
