Constable Technical and Tradesman, Recruitment 2023. Petitioner qualified physical eligibility test but ultimately was declared medically unfit for Tympanic Membrane Perforation and hence in both medical and review medical petitioner got declared unfit for these above reasons. The petitioner now has approached this Court for granting one more opportunity to undergo medical examination afresh as according to him in the medical examination report that petitioner got done in Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay District Combined Hospital, Bijnor, independently, where doctors opined 'plan of surgery in ear discharge continue'. Since the controversy involved in this petition for the purpose of medical test for third time is no more res integra in the light of the judgment of this Court in the case of Miss Neha v. State of U.P.
