This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners aggrieved of order dated 31.05.2024, whereby the Tribunal, after hearing the parties, has granted interim order and admitted the Original Application ('OA'). 2. The writ petition has been filed on 16.02.2025. When counsel for the petitioners was put a query pertaining to the delay in filing of the writ petition, submissions have been made that after passing of the order dated 31.05.2024, an application seeking vacation of the interim order was filed and while the said application was pending, a contempt petition has been filed necessitating the filing of the present writ petition. 3. Submissions have also been made that the ground, on which the interim order was granted by the Tribunal, the issue now stands concluded by the Tribunal itself in OA No. 1242 of 2019, decided on 09.09.
