Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter pursuant to the order of this Court dated 22.04.2025 and submits that the amount of employees provident fund which stood wrongly deposited into the account of another person on account of similarity in names has stood rectified and amount now has stood transferred into the EPF account of the petitioner. Instructions are taken on record and a copy of the same is also supplied to learned counsel for petitioner. 3. In view of the above, now since the relief prayed prayed for has stood granted by the department itself, no more any cause survive to continue this petition. 4. The petition is accordingly consigned to record as infructuous matter with the liberty to the petitioner to apply for withdrawal of the amount, if so desired.
