This petition is directed for a relief in the nature of writ of mandamus to command the respondent to hold in a free and fair inquiry into the complaint made by the petitioner. Three member inquiry report has been placed before the Court in a sealed cover. From the perusal of the inquiry report, all three nurses, namely, Ms. Pinki Singh, Ms. Anita Yadav and Ms. Reena Yadav have been inducted and their integrity has been found to be doubtful and the forged signatures made by these three nurses have been found to be surfaced out. Inquiry report is being returned to the learned Standing Counsel with a direction to the authority to take appropriate action in the matter as per the report after giving full opportunity of hearing to the effected parties.
