A compliance affidavit has been filed today by District Magistrate, Agra, Miss Shubra Awasthi, in which vide paragraph nos.7 and 8 it has been stated that the petitioner has been reinstated as Seasonal Collection Peon and has been permitted to discharge his duties and is also to be paid remuneration as seasonal collection peon. 2. The order of Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, Agra dated 09.05.2025 as well as the approval order granted by the Additional District Magistrate dated 08.05.2025 have been brought on record. Since now the petitioner has been reinstated and had been permitted to discharge his duties as Seasonal Collection Peon for which the relief claimed in the petition as such stood granted. 3.
