It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that under the order of this Court dated 09.04.2025, learned Standing Counsel was directed to obtain instruction as to whether chargesheet has been served in this case or not. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the chargesheet has not only been served but reply has also been submitted. 3. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, I decline to grant indulgence in the order of suspension at this stage. I consider it appropriate to expedite the disciplinary proceedings to ensure that the petitioner does not remain under suspension for a long period as he is already under suspension with effect from 12.11.2024. 4.
