By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has questioned the order dated 02.01.2025, whereby he has been transferred from Lalitpur to Jhansi on the ground that vehicle has gone non-usable. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that vehicle cannot be driven then the work is required to be given in some other district where any need exists, therefore, order is in administrative exigency. 4. Be that as it may, since the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of transfer from one district to another district let him move a fresh representation before the competent authority namely respondent no.2 within 4 weeks from today and the same shall be considered and disposed of by the authority concerned within further period of two months. 5.
