Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Heard Sri Pradeep Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. In compliance of earlier order of this Court learned Standing Counsel has obtained instruction in the matter and as per the instruction petitioner has been served with chargesheet on 28th February, 2025 and final inquiry report has also been supplied to the petitioner with show cause notice on 30th April, 2025. In such circumstances, therefore, I do not find any justification to interfere with the suspension order dated 19th July, 2024 instead the Court finds it appropriate to direct for final decision to be taken in the matter of disciplinary proceedings as petitioner has already been served with the final inquiry report. Let an appropriate decision be taken by the disciplinary authority strictly in accordance with law by following the procedure prescribed for under the relevant Uttar Pradesh Government Serv
