By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus to command the respondents to decide the representation dated 30.04.2019 for the revision of pension as per Grade Pay of Rs.6600/- with effect from 01.12.2008. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner may be directed to make fresh representation which may further be directed to be considered and disposed of by respondent no.1 in accordance with law. 4.
