Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioners have questioned the order dated 20th June, 2023, whereby their selection and appointments have come to be cancelled on the ground that caste certificate of Scheduled Tribe that they had furnished, was not applicable to him as he did not belong to Kanjar caste. A short point is involved in this matter. According to learned counsel for the petitioners that once the appointment was given to the petitioners, their services could not have been dispensed with on a third party complaint holding them to be guilty of fraud in seeking appointment without giving any opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
