Act No. 13 of 1972 as well as the order dated 15.09.2014 passed by the District Judge in Civil Revision No.222 of 2014 whereby the revision preferred against the order dated 29.04.2014 was dismissed. 3. The facts in brief are that the respondent no.3 on 12.10.2011 filed an application under section 30(1) of the U.P. Act No.13 of 1972 claiming himself to be the tenant of the premises situate at 338, 5 th Street, Rajendra Nagar, Lucknow and also claimed that the petitioner was the landlord.
