The petitioners have invoked the jurisdiction of this court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) seeking quashing of the FIR bearing No. 76/2025 dated 15.02.2025 (subject FIR) for the offences under Section 125/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Sections 25/27 of Arms Act registered at Police Station Kanjhawala and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.
