JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN J U D G M E N T (oral) 1. Mr. Nishant Sharma is son of the petitioners herein who got married to respondent no.1. The petitioners filed a complaint under Rule 22(3) of the Delhi Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2009 seeking eviction of the their daughter-in-law from the property in question which is situated at Janakpuri. 2. Admittedly, there is a matrimonial discord between their son and his wife. 3. The learned Tribunal, vide its order dated 30.01.2024, allowed the complaint and passed an eviction order against respondent No.1 herein. 4. Feeling aggrieved, respondent no.1 filed an appeal before the learned Appellate Tribunal. Such Appellate Authority is Divisional Commissioner, Department of Revenue, GNCTD Delhi. 5. The prayer in the present petition is merely limited to the effect that the Appellate Tribunal may be requested to expeditiously decide the above said appeal.
