After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per instructions, petitioner is ready to clear the entire outstanding balance decretal amount of Rs.4,10,705/- on or before 06.06.2025. He also submits that in order to show his bonafide, he has also brought two Demand Drafts, totaling Rs.2,00,000/-, drawn in the name of Decree Holder Ms. Geeta Khurana. 2. There is no appearance from the side of respondent/Decree Holder despite advance notice being sent through WhatsApp. 3. This Court has gone through the impugned order dated 03.05.2025 which indicates that keeping in mind the conduct of the Judgment Debtor, the learned Executing Court has not given any further relief or respite to him and has directed issuance of warrants against him. 4.
