CORAM: JUSTICE GIRISH KATHPALIA JUDGMENT (ORAL) 1. The petitioners have sought quashing of FIR No.59/2025 of PS Maidan Garhi for offences under Section 110/3(5) of BNS. The allegation against the petitioners is that on 11.01.2025, at about 08:30am, they stopped the complainant de facto on the way and assaulted him with bricks, stones and dandas, causing him multiple bodily injuries, though fortunately the injuries were not grievous. I have examined the MLC as well as two reports of radiologist. 2. The petitioners as well as complainant de facto (respondent no.2) are present in court, identified by their respective counsel and the Investigating Officer/SI Pardeep Kumar.
