The allegation against the petitioners is that on 11.01.2025, at about 08:30am, they stopped the complainant de facto on the way and assaulted him with bricks, stones and dandas, causing him multiple bodily injuries, though fortunately the injuries were not grievous. I have examined the MLC as well as two reports of radiologist. 2.
