This appeal has been filed by the appellant, challenging the Judgment dated 19.05.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P(C) 2060/2019, titled Dr. Ravindra Narayan Mishra v. Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College and Ors, allowing the said writ petition filed by the respondent No. 1 herein, with the following directions:- “41.
