This petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the Order dated 17.04.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the ‘learned Tribunal’) in O.A. No. 491/2016 titled Satish Kumar & Ors. v. Union of India & Ors., allowing the O.A. filed by the respondents herein with the following directions: “10. While allowing the same the competent authority amongst the respondents is directed to forthwith issue orders extending the Grade Pay of Rs. 2,800/- in terms of the notification dated 28.07.2009 to the applicants forthwith w.e.f. the date of entitlement. 11. These directions shall be complied with, including the actual release of the financial benefits, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. In the event the respondents comply with these directions including the actual release of the financial dues within the stipulated period, the applicants shall not be entitled to interest thereupon.
