The appellant has filed the present intra-court appeal under Section 37(1)(c) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 [A&C Act], inter alia, impugning an order dated 08.02.2023 [impugned order] passed by the learned Single Judge in OMP(COMM) 131/2016 captioned Ahluwalia Contract (India) Ltd. v. Union of India. 2. The respondent had filed the aforementioned application under Section 34 of the A&C Act for setting aside an arbitral award dated 20.11.2015 [impugned award] passed by the learned Arbitral Tribunal comprising of a Sole Arbitrator [Arbitral Tribunal].
