This petition assails order dated 18 April 2023 passed by the Armed Forces Tribunal1 in OA 1845/2021 whereby the respondent’s application for grant of disability pension on the ground that he suffers from Primary Hypertension with 30% disability have been allowed by the AFT. 2. Mr. Satya Ranjan Swain, learned Senior Panel Counsel for the petitioners sought to submit that the Hypertension in the present case was possibly attributable to the fact that the respondent had a family history of Hypertension. 3.
