Against the orders of dismissal of the petitioners, it is an acknowledged position that the appeals filed by the petitioners are pending before the Appellate Authority. 2. We dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Appellate Authority to consider the averments in the present writ petition along with the contentions in the appeals filed before it by the petitioners against their orders of dismissal and pass a reasoned and speaking order thereon within a period four weeks from today. W.P.(C) 6928/2025 3. The decision, as and when taken, would be communicated to the petitioners. 4. Needless to say, the petitioners’ rights to challenge the decision, if adverse to them, shall stand reserved. 5. The petition is
