Petitioner has filed a petition seeking eviction of his tenant on the ground of bona fide requirement. 2. During the pendency of the abovesaid Eviction Petition, the tenant raised objection with respect to Power of Attorney and made submission that it was inadequately stamped and, therefore, was liable to be impounded. 3. Such Power of Attorney was, accordingly, impounded by the learned Rent Controller vide order dated 04.09.2024 and was directed to be sent to the Collector concerned for requisite stamping. 4. Learned Controller also observed that once the Power of Attorney is received back after requisite stamping, it would, thereafter, hear arguments on leave to defend application. 5.
