The prayer in this writ petition is only for a direction to the respondents to comply with the order dated 30 April 2025 passed in WP (C) 5606/2025 whereby the petitioner had represented against her transfer to Kishanganj. 2. The petitioner’s representation has been considered and the respondent has already passed an order dated 13 May 2025, Signature Not Verified Signed By:AAKANSHAW.P.(C) 6933/2025 Page 1 of 2 SHARMA Signing Date:23.05.2025 15:24:34 transferring the petitioner to 7th Bn Sashastra Seema Bal, Jammu. 3. Mr. Balendu Shekhar, learned Central Government Standing Counsel for the respondents, submits that Jammu is, in fact, one of the choice postings of the petitioner and, therefore, the petitioner’s request has been sympathetically considered. 4. We need not express any view thereon as the petitioner has already been granted liberty by our order dated 30 April 2025 to challenge the order passed on her representation, if she is aggrieved. 5.
