No. 2919/2024, titled Ajay v. Staff Selection Commission & Ors., allowing the said O.A. filed by the respondent and setting aside the Order dated 03.07.2024 passed by the petitioners whereby the representation of the respondent against the rejection of his candidature was rejected. 3.
