This appeal is directed against order dated 11.05.2010 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No. 2814 (S/S) of 2010 whereby the petition filed by the respondent was allowed in terms of judgment and order dated 13.09.2005 passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 3932 (S/S) of 2004 and other connected writ petitions. It was further observed that the arrears as well as other benefits shall be subject to the final outcome of the Special Leave Petition pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 2. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the judgment in Ram Narayan Srivastava and others Vs. State of U.P. and others : Writ Petition No. 3932 (S/S) of 2004, which has formed the basis for passing of the judgment impugned, has been reversed by the Division Bench in State of U.P. Vs. Ram Narayan Srivastava : Special Appeal No. 57
