Writ Petition No. 6544 of 2025 whereby the respondent no.3 was directed to ensure strict compliance of the order dated 09.01.2023, passed by the City Magistrate, Gorakhpur to remove the unauthorized and illegal construction made by the private respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the order passed by learned Single Judge has been executed. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that besides the fact that the order has been executed, the appeal itself, being against an order passed in criminal writ petition, is not maintainable. 4.
