This appeal is directed against order dated 21.04.2025 passed in Writ-C No. 11692 of 2025 whereby the writ petition, filed by the appellant and 13 others, has been dismissed by holding that they had no locus standi to file the writ petition. 2. The writ petition was filed seeking direction to the State respondents to enquire into the matter pertaining to the alleged irregularities committed by respondent no.5. 3. The learned Single Judge came to the conclusion that though the petitioners were complainants, they were not aggrieved by the irregularities committed by respondent no.5 as none of the rights of the petitioners were prejudiced and consequently holding that the petitioners in the writ petition had no locus standi, dismissed the writ petition. 4.
