The instant Special Appeal has been preferred under Chapter VIII Rule 5 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952 against the order dated 11.04.2025 passed in Writ-A No. 3580 of 2025 whereby the writ petition preferred by the appellant was dismissed. 2. The submission of learned counsel for the appellant is that she had applied for the post of Anganbadi Karyakarti and despite she fulfilling all the criteria yet she could not be selected as it is alleged that the income certificate furnished by her regarding her status of being BPL was not found valid. 3.
