Under challenge is the order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 23.04.2025 passed in Writ-A no. 4435 of 2025 whereby the writ petition preferred by the appellant was dismissed. 3. The submission of learned counsel for the appellant is that the appellant had applied for being appointed as an Anganbadi Karyakarti. It is further stated that as per Clause 13 of the Government Order dated 21st March, 2023, whereunder the appointment was to be made, stipulated that in case any Anganbadi Karyakarti is elected as a member of a Gram Sabha, Gram Pradhan, Kshetriya Panchayat Member, Kshetra Panchayat President/Block Pramukh, Member of Zila Panchayat, President of Zila Pancha
