This is an application filed by the applicant (respondent no.4 in appeal) seeking modification of the order dated 07.04.2025 passed by this Court in Special Appeal No. 1066 of 2024, whereby the appeal filed by the appellants therein was allowed and the order passed by the learned Single Judge as well as order dated 12.08.2024 passed by the Prescribed Authority were set aside and the proceedings in Case No. 6856 of 2022 under Section 25(1) of the Societies Registration Act, 1860 were ordered to be revived on the file of the Prescribed Authority and it was directed that the same be decided strictly in accordance with law within a period of two months after providing opportunity of hearing to the appellants as well as respondent no.4.
