This appeal is directed against order dated 01.07.2024 passed in Writ-A No.4870 of 2024, whereby the petition filed by the appellant has been dismissed. 2. The petition was filed seeking to question the validity of order passed in August, 2022 rejecting appellant's representation for salary/arrears. The appellant earlier filed Writ Petition No.600 (S/S) of 1999 seeking a direction to the authority concerned to allow him to work in the Department and payment of salary alongwith arrears since December, 1995.
