Petitioner is plaintiff before the learned Trial Court and is aggrieved by the order dated 03.01.2024 whereby her application moved under Order XII Rule 6 CPC has been dismissed. 2. The petitioner has filed a suit for specific performance seeking direction to register Sale Deed dated 29.09.2014 with further request to injunct defendant from transferring, alienating or creating any third party interest with respect to such property. 3.
