The present Petition seeks to set aside the Award dated 24.08.2018 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court-XIX, Dwarka, New Delhi [hereinafter referred to as “Impugned Award”]. 4. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that the challenge in the present Petition is on the ground that the Impugned Award was passed only in view of the fact that the costs in the sum of Rs. 3,000/- which were imposed on the Petitioner/Workman were not paid.
