The petitioner challenges his transfer to Telangana on the ground that he has an autistic child and as per extant policy, he cannot be transferred to such a posting. 2. Admittedly, the petitioner has preferred a representation to the respondent which is pending. 3. Learned Counsel for the respondents on instructions from Mr. Ajay Pal, Law Officer, is agreeable to the disposal of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation within two weeks from today. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner within two weeks from today. Mr. Gautam places reliance on DOPT OM dated 17 November 2014 and 6 June 2014, annexed as Annexure P-2 to the writ petition.
