Both the petitions have been taken up together as same and identical issue has been raised therein. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he has not been permitted to be impleaded in the two suits in question. According to him, his application moved under Order I Rule 10 CPC should have been allowed by the learned Trial Court. 3. The next date in both the abovesaid petitions is 27.10.2025. 4.
