The petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 649/2016 of PS Vasant Kunj for offence under Section 498A/406/34 IPC and the proceedings arising out of the same. It is stated that petitioners have settled all disputes with the complainant de facto (respondent no. 2 herein). All three petitioners and respondent no. 2 have personally appeared in Court, identified by IO/SI Ram Pratap Yadav. 2. I have spoken with the parties. It is stated by them that petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 2 have got their marriage dissolved by way of decree of divorce with mutual consent and they have decided that custody of their CRL.M.C. 3308/2025 pages 3.
