The accused/applicant seeks to be released on interim bail in case FIR No.300/2023 of PS Ambedkar Nagar for offences under Section 364A/302/201/120B IPC and 27/54/59, Arms Act. The interim bail is sought on medical grounds. 2. In furtherance of last order, the jail authorities filed an updated medical status report dated 01.05.2025. As per the said report, general condition of the accused/applicant is now stable and all medications as applicable are being provided to him from the jail dispensary itself and he can be granted treatment in jail as well as jail-referred government hospital.
