By way of the present application, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 718/2024, registered at Police Station Burari, Delhi for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 65/49 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Sections 5/7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 and Sections 4/17 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 10 of Prohibition of Child Marriage BAIL APPLN. 961/2025 Page 1 of 5 Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:ZEENAT PRAVEEN Signing Date:13.05.2025 17:35:41 Act, 2006. 2. Briefly stated, the present case was registered on 14.11.2024 on the ground that the victim/respondent no. 2 was rescued from the house of the present applicant during a raid conducted by an NGO along with the concerned SDM. The FIR was lodged at the instance of the SDM. The victim was medically examined, and her statement under Section 183 of the BNSS was recorded before the concerned Magistrate on 16.11.2024. During the course of investigation, the applicant’s mobile phone was sent to the FSL, where it was found that photos of the victim had been sent to other individuals from the applicant’s phone.
