The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, seeking quashing of the Tender Summary Reports dated 21.02.2025, whereby the bid of the petitioner was rejected by the respondent no.1 on the ground of “non-compliance of the technical specifications”.
