This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking quashing of FIR No. 0419/2016, dated 09.09.2016, registered at P.S Bharat Nagar under sections 498A/406/34 IPC and all proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of settlement between the parties. 2. The marriage between Petitioner and Respondent No.2 was solemnized on 01.01.2014 as per Hindu rites and ceremonies at Delhi. A girl child was born on 24.05.2020 out of the said wedlock. Respondent No.2 lodged the aforesaid FIR against Petitioner. The charge sheet was filed under sections 498A/406 IPC. CRL.M.C. 2411/2025 3. It is submitted that during the proceedings, the parties amicably resolved their disputes and executed a Compromise/Settlement Deed dated 31.03.2025, and are residing together amicably in matrimonial home
