The present petition is filed challenging the order dated 10.03.2023 (hereafter ‘impugned order’) passed by the learned Additional District Judge (hereafter ‘Trial Court’), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, in CS No. 110/2021 pursuant to which, the application filed by the petitioner under Order XII Rule 6 read with Order XV Rule 1 of the Code of Civil procedure, 1908 (‘CPC’) for passing a preliminary decree of possession on admission, was dismissed. 2.
