Kanahiya who died in a rail accident, have preferred this appeal under Section 23 of the Railway Claims Tribunal Act, 1987 1 to set aside/quash the impugned order dated 04.02.2021 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Principal Bench, Delhi 2 whereby the claim petition of the appellants/claimants, filed under Section 16 of the RCT Act, seeking compensation for the death of their son/Sh.
