Earlier also, the petitioner, who is judgment debtor before the learned Executing Court, had knocked the doors of this Court. She was aggrieved by the fact that while directing execution, her bank account could not have been attached as it was her pension account and in terms of Section 60 CPC, pension is exempted from attachment. 3. Additionally, it was also apprised that the judgment debtor, herself, was in a critical condition and on one earlier occasion i.e. 05.11.2024, she was admitted in Intensive Care Unit and since her entire bank account had been attached, she was not even able to arrange for expenses toward her medical treatment. 4.
