The limited request in the present petition is to the effect that the learned Trial Court may be requested to consider the application moved by the respondent/defendant under Order VII Rule 11 CPC as well as three applications filed by petitioner/plaintiff, expeditiously. 3. It is submitted that these applications are pending consideration for quite some time. 4. Though, the Constitutional Courts, generally, do not pass any order directing the learned Trial Court to dispose of matter or, for that matter, any application in a time-bound manner, unless, of course, there is a case of acute hardship or exigency, keeping in mind the overall facts and also appreciating the fact that the abovesaid applications are pending for quite some time, the Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed CM(M) 865/2025 1 By:SONIA THAPLIYAL Signing Date:09.05.2025 12:01:56 present petition is disposed of with request to the learned Trial Court to make best endeavor to dispose of all such pending applications, as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within a period of four months from the date it takes up the abovesaid suit for further consideration.
