By way of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner assails orders passed against him in disciplinary proceedings arising out of a chargesheet dated 07/15.10.2003, including the orders of the Disciplinary Authority dated 16.11.2005, the Appellate Authority dated 22/27.06.2006, and the Reviewing Authority dated 29.03.2007.
