Counsel appearing for respondent no. 6 submitted that the petition is essentially in personal interest as the petitioner is in dispute with the proprietor of respondent no. 6, who has wrongly been indicated as Rohit Singh who, in fact, is Sheshnath Singh and has produced a compromise said to have been entered into between the petitioner and said Rohit Singh. 3. Confronted with the said document, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition. 4.
